The most powerful and influential among the nobility in the Courts of Chaos will often tutor their children at home. For everyone else, they will often send their children to one of a handful of private academies to allow their children to gain the necessary skills to get by in Chaosian society. While they are at it, these children can form connections with fellow nobles that can aid them in their adult lives. That is the ideal at least. The reality of the situation may vary. 

One of the more prestigious of these schools is known as The Sliding Academy. Within the body of a vast beast that travels through the Black Zone, this school provides a safe education away from the petty scheming of the Courts and with a very low mortality rate.
